Sparsh Classroom Diary

Our Sparsh classroom in Petlawad celebrates Friday as a day to learn while gaming and exploring the things around them. On one of Fridays in April, our class facilitator Kamlesh brought the idea of exploring the body and the way we and others see and touch it.

Kamlesh facilitated the discussion about Good Touch & Bad Touch while exploring the correct names of body parts to impart awareness among the children of class and furthermore children with whom these children engage beyond the classroom space.

The response of the children was quite receptive towards this discussion and they also took part while addressing the doubts of their mates.

We are aspiring to run 10 such community classrooms in the villages of Mahidpur Road Cluster.
